Matthew Dietz the director of the Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Law Clinic at NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law, was one of the attorneys in case that led to a federal judge ruling that the state of Florida can no longer keep children with medically complex conditions in senior nursing homes.
