Attention NSU Staff: Compliance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard

If your role involves exposure to human blood or tissues, you are covered under OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogen Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030). As part of this regulation, you are required to:

• Receive the Hepatitis B vaccination or submit a signed declination form.
• Upload documentation to our third-party compliance system, CastleBranch, which verifies your records.
• Complete annual Bloodborne Pathogen training to maintain compliance.
