In our proposed research, we seek to investigate the enabling role of environmental change for entrepreneurial pursuits, particularly digital startups. We aim to develop empirically validated theory focused on environmental change by COVID-19 and digital entrepreneurship.

Teachers, especially early childhood educators, have always been in a very stressful job and teachers are not paid like they should. So, there’s a lot of turnover rates in general, but with COVID burn out rates and stress increases, teachers needed even more support.
