I joined the faculty of the College of Computing and Engineering at Nova Southeastern University in 1994 after working for 12 years in industry. I have taught undergraduate, masters, and doctoral courses in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, and Management Information Systems.

My research interests are in the areas of software engineering, data mining, and programming languages. In particular, I find Aspect-Oriented Software Development to be an extremely interesting area for research and am currently working with several students to extend the body of knowledge in this area.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also mentor and advise doctoral students who are pursuing the Ph.D. degree.
