We have updated our templates for the “Facilities & Other Resources” document that is typically part of National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant applications. Please bookmark  and download the below documents, and use them as part of your next NIH grant submission.

Important: As you can see from the new templates, we strongly suggest that you pare down your “Facilities & Other Resources” document to include only those facilities and resources that are directly relevant to the proposed project. As a result, we have offloaded the majority of this optional information into the reference document in the last bullet above. Copy and paste into your document only what is relevant to your proposed project.
