Congratulations to Class of 2021 graduate Shana Shephard for becoming a board member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Southeast Florida. Shana has taken on the role of Secretary replacing long-time ASQ board member, Herve Cantave. As Secretary, Shana serves in an official officer position tasked with keeping the board on track, focused on the right agenda, and documenting discussions and relevant topics.
Shana is currently the Director of Planning and Allocation at Hard Rock International in Davie, FL. She earned her ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt in May 2022 and is a graduate of the University of Miami Herbert School of Business and Nova Southeastern University’s process improvement program. In addition to serving on the ASQ Southeast Florida board, Shana served as Chair of the ASQ Southeast Florida Student Branch in 2021 and Vice Chair in 2020.
