Dr. Kramer is a truly dedicated professor, he sticks with you through the highs and the lows and doesn’t give up on you. I am grateful that he puts so much effort into teaching us about Process Improvement, it definitely shows. If you want to learn from someone with vast industry experience, academic expertise, and a deep passion for seeing students succeed I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer and the Process Improvement Concentration!
