The purpose of the US Armed Forces Endowed Fund is to create and sustain the United States Armed Forces Service Flag Monument on the NSU Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus. In addition, donations are used to conduct research that improves the quality of life for veterans; provide access to health care and mental health services for veterans and their families; create scholarships for ROTC cadets and student veterans; and support educational programming, services, and community outreach efforts.

“NSU is a military-friendly school,” said Terry Mularkey, M.A.S., CFRE, vice president of University Advancement and chief of staff. “We are committed to helping our servicemen and women succeed academically, and we want to be sure we provide access to the services our veteran students and their families need.

“It is an honor for NSU to serve those who served.”
