ASQ July Presentation: Battling Individual and Team Burnout

Join ASQ Southeast Florida for a special presentation on Battling Individual and Team Burnout live via Zoom on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. (networking to begin at 6:15 p.m.). Employee burnout impacts an organization in multiple ways. Burnout can result in reduced quality and throughput. It can squelch creativity and innovation. Workplace mistakes, including accidents and injuries may increase. Absenteeism and turnover may go higher with lower employee engagement, and potentially, higher risk of health problems. In this session, you will hear an overview of the stages of burnout and signs of individual and team burnout. Nichole will discuss various coping strategies to combat both individual and organizational burnout.
